Due to growing workload, we are looking for experienced and talented Business Head to join our team.
Requirements
- Mission of the role is to build a supply of 5000+ riders with a minimum of 90% live fleet, while ensuring profitability
- Strong people management skills with prior experience in hiring, managing, coaching, and letting go of team members; proven capability of handling teams of 50–100 members
- Experience working in high-pressure, target-driven environments with high-volume SKUs
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to plan, deploy, and optimise resources efficiently across multiple field operations
- Ability to create structured processes and ensure strict adherence and implementation across the team
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and MS Word for data tracking, reporting, and operational planning
- Prior experience in Vendor Management or Operator Management
- Conversational fluency in the local language to effectively communicate with field teams and partners
- Willingness and ability to work long and irregular hours as required by operations
- Flexibility to be present in the field during early mornings, late nights, and extended on-ground hours
- Criteria : Can start immediately 3+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage experience
