Job Description
The B2C Sales Growth Manager at Hala Mobility is responsible for driving end-to-end revenue growth in the consumer rental segment. This role blends sales strategy, customer lifecycle ownership, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding, high conversion, strong retention, and long-term customer value in Hala’s electric vehicle rental business.
Requirements
- Own monthly and quarterly B2C sales targets for EV rentals across all locations
- Build and execute sales campaigns, offers, and funnel strategies to improve conversion rates
- Identify micro-markets, customer personas, and demand pockets to increase rental penetration
- Track rider churn, reactivation opportunities, and renewal cycles to drive repeat revenue
- Optimize customer onboarding flows including verification, documentation, trial rides, and deployment
- Reduce onboarding drop-offs using data-driven communication via WhatsApp, calls, and in-app nudges
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and increase lead-to-deployment conversion rates
- Design and implement first-7-day deployment interventions to improve customer stickiness
- Manage renewal follow-ups, customer feedback loops, and service-ticket closure experience
- Improve retention metrics including churn rate, customer lifetime value, and rental tenure
- Coordinate closely with Fleet, Ground Operations, and Service teams to ensure quick operational turnarounds
- Improve vehicle uptime, battery swap efficiency, and replacement timelines
- Resolve last-mile operational issues impacting sales performance or customer satisfaction
- Work with Product and Technology teams to automate sales, renewal, and customer lifecycle processes
- Use tools such as CercleOS and Gallabox to enhance customer communication and engagement workflows
- Implement service-level standards and track customer experience metrics
- Build and maintain daily and weekly dashboards for sales funnel, renewals, cancellations, and recovery risks
- Conduct root-cause analysis for churn, cancellations, and low-conversion zones
- Present actionable insights to leadership and recommend data-driven growth initiatives
- Align with Marketing, Customer Support, Service, Finance, and Recovery teams for a unified B2C growth strategy
- Lead and mentor executives handling sales calls, renewals, and customer success operations
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, customer lifecycle management, or growth-focused roles
- Strong understanding of mobility, EV rentals, logistics, or subscription-based business models
- Hands-on experience working with CRM and communication platforms such as CercleOS, Gallabox, and Exotel
- Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and dashboarding tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in high-volume, high-velocity sales cycles is preferred
